HomefairyTech is a shortlet-only marketplace where verified property owners and verified agents manage bookings with escrow protection, transparent history, and in-app communication.
PlatformWhen a booking is made, HomefairyTech's payment protection activates automatically. Payments are processed in stages as the deal progresses and both parties confirm satisfaction, so everyone gets a fair, guaranteed outcome. Agent commissions are paid out once the booking is fully completed.
PaymentsYes. Both roles must complete KYC and biometric checks. Owners cannot publish listings until approved, and agents cannot bid, chat, book, or earn commissions until verification is complete.
VerificationNo. Commissions are reward-based. Agents earn commissions after successful completed bookings and can redeem or withdraw to any Nigerian bank account based on platform rules.
PaymentsNo. Bidding and AI search are premium features. Unsubscribed agents can still browse listings and use direct booking at the standard nightly rate.
